- License/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Experience: Prior general ENT and subspecialty experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Balance approximately 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty-focused care, including areas such as sinus surgery, head & neck oncology, otology/neurotology, facial plastic surgery, sleep surgery, or laryngology/voice disorders.
- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric ENT patients.
- Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures at multiple facilities, including advanced sinus and robotic surgeries.
- Collaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Develop and support subspecialty service lines and contribute to practice growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Cerner EMR system.
- Participate in call responsibilities and quality improvement initiatives.
Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Strong clinical and surgical expertise in general ENT
- Ability to build lasting patient relationships and referral networks
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (preferably Cerner)
- Interest or training in Head & Neck Oncology, Otology/Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, or Laryngology/Voice Disorders
- Experience with advanced sinus surgery
