Experience:

Demonstrated expertise in pulmonary and critical care procedures Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $1.00 per hour (hourly pay rate) Benefits package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Paid time off: 5 weeks annually Annual CME allowance of $5,000 Sign-on bonus: $100,000 (paid over 2 years) Relocation assistance: $10,000 Robust 403(b) retirement plan with a 4% employer match Paid licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You ll Do Provide outpatient pulmonary and critical care consultations for adult patients Perform procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and ventilator management Collaborate with hospitalist and ICU teams for patient care continuity Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR Participate in call coverage and patient follow-up as needed Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices What You Need Medical license with BC/BE in Pulmonology Minimum of 2+ years experience preferred Proficiency in pulmonary procedures and critical care management Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dynamic Pulmonary & Critical Care team at a respected hospital in Findlay, Ohio.
