Otolaryngologist

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their hospital-employed practice, ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio, located in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. As an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, the organization offers a collaborative clinical environment with strong specialty support and physician autonomy. This opportunity features a balanced 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty focus, a flexible physician-directed schedule, and dedicated operating room time.

Practice Info

• ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio hospital-employed practice located in Findlay, Northwest Ohio
• Independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network
• 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty focus
• Established team of 1 ENT physician, 3 APPs, and 3 audiologists
• Dedicated OR time at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Bluffton Hospital

Responsibilities

• Provide physician backup call up to 10 days/month

Compensation

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• $600,000-$800,000+ total potential compensation with uncapped wRVU incentive
• Call pay: $600/day
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year
  2)
• $10,000 relocation assistance
