Vascular Surgeon

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, in partnership with Blanchard Valley Health System, seeks a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to help grow a comprehensive vascular program in Findlay, NW Ohio. This opportunity combines the autonomy and lifestyle of a community practice with the academic collaboration, resources, and faculty appointment of The Ohio State University. The provider will practice exclusively at BVHS while partnering with OSU vascular specialists to advance comprehensive vascular care across the region.

• Hybrid OR planned for 2027
• Dedicated vascular APP support
• Additional support from PRN vascular surgeon and OSU vascular team

Responsibilities

• Help build, grow, and lead a comprehensive vascular program in Findlay, NW Ohio
• Practice exclusively at BVHS while partnering with OSU vascular specialists to advance vascular care

Compensation

• Base salary: $500,000-$600,000 / Year
• Up to $75,000 annual incentive
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• 2 clinic days + 3 procedural days weekly
• Approximately 10 night/weekend call shifts per month
• No routine daytime call coverage

Requirements

• BC/BE Vascular Surgeon
• No visa sponsorship available
