Classroom Aide/Paraprofessional
Location: ESC Classroom at Blanchard Valley
Position Type: Full-time
Starting Date: Aug 1, 2026
Responsibilities- Work with students with autism and behavioral issues, requiring patience and a passion for elementary grades.
- Provide appropriate support and encouragement to students.
- Assist students with class work in small groups and individually.
- Work under the supervision or direction of the classroom teacher and/or BCBA.
- Be willing to be trained to meet the behavioral and educational needs of the students.
- Be RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) trained or willing to be trained.
- Clean background check.
- ODE aide license – apply if you do not have one or a substitute teaching license.
- High School Diploma.
- Willingness to participate in required training as provided.
