Findlay City Schools is seeking a Full Support Classroom Paraprofessional to assist students with disabilities in a high school setting. You will support instruction, behavior management, and student engagement under the direction of the Special Education Teacher and Principal.
Responsibilities include adapting materials, providing one-on-one or small group support, monitoring progress, and assisting with mobility and daily routines. Excellent communication and patience are essential.
