PLM Program Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead projects for our automobile customer in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLM solutions, preferably Dassault Systems, and extensive experience in the automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation and support of Dassault Systems PLM solutions.
• Gather and analyze requirements, prioritize based on business needs, and ensure optimal solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present project updates.
• Ensure project timelines are met and financial targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with customer and business IT on legacy application retirement and Greenfield Implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in PLM solutions, preferably Dassault Systems.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, BOM management, and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in the automotive domain preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful project implementations in the manufacturing domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting customer demands.
