Overview

ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of the Logistics and Storage intern/co‑op program is to identify and develop future technical and leadership talent for the benefit of MPC, the engineering intern/co‑op, and the engineering profession. Interns/co‑ops will gain experience in the five phases of the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP) – Conceptual, Feasibility, Definition, Implementation, and Startup/Close‑out. Other responsibilities include:
- Development of project scope
- Engineering oversight
- Technical design
- Cost estimating
- Schedule development
- Evaluating and summarizing bid sets
- Construction supervision
- Safety leadership
- Coordination with operations groups
- Project documentation
- Travel ranging from 15% to 45%
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong academic performance
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Availability to work 40 hours per week. Positions are available for Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters, with preference for multiple work terms
- Valid driver’s license required for travel to construction sites
- Military experience is a plus
- Compensation ranges from $32.92 to $41.67 per hour

Findlay, Ohio (additional locations may be available). Pay: $32.92 – $41.67 per hour.
