This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, non-automotive manufacturer as the Plant Controller! You'll lead a small team and manage all accounting activities for the plant.
Responsibilities- Managing, coaching and mentoring a small team in the accounting department
- Leading the site budgeting and forecasting processes
- Overseeing the cash flow process
- Completing financial analysis on a regular basis
- Extracting data and generating reports in the ERP system
- Leading the month and year-end closing process
- Completing journal entries and reconciliation
- Collaborating with team members to maintain and improve accounting processes
Other duties as directed by management
Qualified candidates should be strategic minded, analytical, hands on, approachable and able to communicate at all levels.
