Role Overview

You will serve as Plant Controller, leading a small team and managing all accounting activities for the plant.

Responsibilities

Managing, coaching and mentoring a small team in the accounting department.
Leading the site budgeting and forecasting processes.
Overseeing the cash flow process.
Completing financial analysis on a regular basis.
Extracting data and generating reports in the ERP system.
Leading the month and year‑end closing process.
Completing journal entries and reconciliation.
Collaborating with team members to maintain and improve accounting processes.
Other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of 5 years of lead accounting experience, ideally in a similar Plant Controller or Accounting Manager role in manufacturing.

Budgeting and forecasting experience.

Month‑end and year‑end closing experience.

Strong financial analysis skills.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Location

Candidate should be local to the Findlay, Ohio area; no relocation package available at this time.
