The Financial Advisor role is focused on delivering high-quality advice, managing relationships, and being a key contributor to client experience.
Salary and Benefits- Salary range for this position will be $100K-$150K depending on experience and credentials

- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans (cash flow, tax strategies, investments, retirement, estate planning, risk management)
- Conduct in-depth client discovery meetings to understand goals and priorities
- Guide clients through implementation alongside internal support teams
- Meet regularly with clients to review, update, and refine plans
- Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with client strategies
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver well-rounded advice
- Delegate non-advisory tasks to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM
- Participate in client events and contribute to an exceptional client experience
- Contribute to firm initiatives and recommend process improvements
- Bring a collaborative, team-first approach to the organization
- Experience in financial services (planning, banking, investments, insurance, etc.)
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Team-oriented with a high standard of professionalism
- Deepen your impact with clients in a growing firm
- Take on increasing responsibility within the team
- Participate in business development (optional) with meaningful compensation upside
