• Serve as the front‑desk face of the hotel, greeting guests upon arrival and departure.
• Check guests in and out, promote company programmes, maintain guest records, handle cash, and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, set‑up, guest service (host or bartender) and clean‑up.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Friendly, highly organized communicator and multitasker.
• Warm and friendly manner when interacting with the public.
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.
• Willingness and ability to work independently as scheduled.
