IT Recruiter – Midstream Energy Infrastructure
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support technology hiring initiatives within a growing midstream energy infrastructure organization. This role will partner closely with IT leadership to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (intake meetings through offer and onboarding support)
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent in a competitive market
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill IT positions
- Provide market insights on compensation trends, availability, and hiring strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with company processes
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 3 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, etc.)
- Experience supporting hiring within energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments preferred
- Strong sourcing skills (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
