Job Description # Recruiter
* Manages end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing the company's values
* Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
* Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
* Manages timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
* Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
* 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
* Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
* Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
* Experience supporting high volume roles preferred
