* Key Responsibilities:
** Plans and manages multiple Career Development Framework (CDF) projects in collaboration with the Compensation team, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Creates, applies, and continuously improves a systematic process to identify, sustain, and evolve essential skills, competencies, and expected levels of proficiency by job family and career level.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders in HR to translate skills data, aligned to the CDF and workforce planning insights, into actionable guidance and resources for employees.

* Minimum Qualifications:
** Bachelor’s degree is required. Majors in Human Resources, Applied Training/Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field is preferred.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience required. Human Resources or Learning & Development is preferred.
Career Development/Organizational Development experience is a plus.

* Skills:
** Experience planning and organizing multiple projects prioritizing organizational needs to collaborate effectively. Ability to partner effectively with key internal stakeholders to influence and facilitate change maintaining commitment to coaching and developing others.
