Job Overview

6‑month contract with possible extension, onsite in San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing the company's values.
  • Perform effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
  • Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Manage timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of full life‑cycle Talent Acquisition experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions (accounting, finance, supply chain, HR, law, HES&S or commercial) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday ATS system preferred.
