Job Title – OT Compliance Manager (IT Manager – OT Compliance)

Location – Findlay, OH (Additional Locations: Denver, CO; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX)

Role Type – Direct Hire

• 10+ years of diversified IT experience, including enterprise‑scale environments
• 3+ years of people leadership experience (direct or indirect) managing professional staff
• Strong OT (Operational Technology) experience within regulated or industrial environments (Oil & Gas highly preferred)
• Hands‑on Governance, Risk & Compliance leadership aligned to NIST frameworks, including audits, risk registers, and remediation
• Security & risk certifications strongly preferred (CRISC highly desired; CISSP/CISM/CISA also valuable)

• Lead and manage the OT Compliance team, including hiring, development, and retention
• Define and execute NIST‑aligned OT cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs
• Own policies, standards, risk appetite, and enterprise risk assessments
• Drive incident response readiness and coordinate tabletop exercises and BC/DR alignment
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, audits, and evidence collection
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT/OT Ops, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Management teams
• Embed security‑by‑design practices into operations and technology platforms
• Govern third‑party security vendors, manage SLAs, and oversee supplier compliance
• Manage operational and capital budgets for OT compliance and security initiatives
• Champion automation‑first and compliance‑by‑design strategies across the organization
• Support digital enablement, proactive security culture, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and lead change across teams
