We are seeking a skilled Crystal Reports Developer with experience in the ERP HCM (Human Capital Management) and Time and Attendance environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports using Crystal Reports to support various business functions. This position requires strong technical expertise in Crystal Reports development, an understanding of HCM systems, and the ability to work closely with business users to define report requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Development:
    Design, develop, and maintain custom reports in Crystal Reports based on business requirements for ERP HCM and Time and Attendance systems.
  • Requirement Gathering:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Data Analysis:
    Analyze and extract data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports.
  • Customization:
    Customize and optimize Crystal Reports to improve performance and meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Diagnose and resolve issues with existing reports, ensuring that they continue to function as intended.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain documentation for developed reports, including design specifications and instructions for users.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure that reports align with business needs and IT systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Crystal Reports Developer in an ERP HCM or Time and Attendance environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong proficiency in Crystal Reports development, with a solid understanding of report design, data sources, and database queries.
  • ERP Knowledge:
    Familiarity with ERP HCM systems, particularly in the Time and Attendance module.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving:
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving report-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP Systems:
    Experience with specific ERP HCM or Time and Attendance systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Kronos) is a plus.
  • Database

    Skills:

    Knowledge of SQL and database query optimization is beneficial.
  • Additional Tools:
    Familiarity with other reporting tools or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Certifications:

Crystal Reports Certification (preferred but not required).
