Job Title – Salesforce Solution Architect Location – Hybrid; primary location in Findlay, Ohio, with additional hub locations in Denver, CO;
Houston, TX; and San Antonio, TX Role Type – Direct Hire Must Have Skills
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Deep hands‑on Salesforce expertise, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and data models
- Experience leading architectural governance, release management, and Dev Ops best practices
- Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder advisory capabilities
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and platform best practices
- Support and enforce architectural governance, standards, and compliance across Salesforce implementations
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and shape end‑to‑end solution designs
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and integration strategies
- Design secure, scalable data models and solutions across Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, and Manufacturing Cloud
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to Salesforce professionals
- Conduct discovery sessions, platform assessments, and develop solution roadmaps with actionable recommendations
- Guide development teams through implementation, ensuring quality, performance, and architectural adherence
- Oversee release management activities and support Dev Ops and CI/CD best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to long‑term Salesforce platform roadmaps
- Participate in solution reviews, recommending architectural and performance improvements
- Support project planning, scoping, and estimation efforts for complex Salesforce initiatives
