• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Deep hands‑on Salesforce expertise, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and data models
• Experience leading architectural governance, release management, and Dev Ops best practices
• Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder advisory capabilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and platform best practices
• Support and enforce architectural governance, standards, and compliance across Salesforce implementations
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and shape end‑to‑end solution designs
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and integration strategies
• Design secure, scalable data models and solutions across Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, and Manufacturing Cloud
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to Salesforce professionals
• Conduct discovery sessions, platform assessments, and develop solution roadmaps with actionable recommendations
• Guide development teams through implementation, ensuring quality, performance, and architectural adherence
• Oversee release management activities and support Dev Ops and CI/CD best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to long‑term Salesforce platform roadmaps
• Participate in solution reviews, recommending architectural and performance improvements
• Support project planning, scoping, and estimation efforts for complex Salesforce initiatives
