Position Summary

The Business Partner & Product Management Manager - NG&NGL Digital Products - Operations Control will lead an organization aligned to deliver digital products within the Natural Gas & NGL Services Product Line. Responsibility includes leading delivery of technology capabilities aligned to Operations Control Systems, Process Control Engineering, Advanced Process Controls, Operations Data Acquisition, Alarm Management, and Industrial Automation Networking. This position will play a vital role in developing the organization's future vision, product roadmaps, and value stream roadmaps as well as driving innovation in technology to deliver forward looking solutions across this product line.

This role will work closely with other Business Partner & Product Management Managers across Midstream and Refining to effectively identify, evaluate, implement technologies that can transform NG&NGL Operations capabilities. Additionally, this role will own the business partner relationship with first- and second-line leadership in NG&NGL across respective digital scope. Successful candidates will balance safe & reliable operations in a fast paced and growing business segment with innovation and digital transformation by bringing AI and automation to business processes while ensuring reliability and availability of our technology assets.

This role will lead technology delivery of industry leading technologies not limited to Emerson Delta

V, AVEVA System Platform and wired and wireless industrial networking in support of industrial protocols such as Modbus and MQTT. This role will lead multiple cross functional product teams to build, enhance, and sustain operationally critical digital solutions while also performing medium-term planning and product vision and road mapping for Operations Control capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manages daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent.

* Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems. Collaborates with key stakeholders and internal groups to identify needs, deliver effective solutions, and support business objectives.

* Accountable for business results primarily achieved through the work of others. Manages staff, sets direction, and deploys resources. Has responsibility for employee development, performance reviews, pay reviews, and staffing decisions. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes, or programs.

* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and solutions-from ideation through delivery and support-by orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across development, QA, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality releases aligned with IT standards and governance. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging performance metrics and user feedback to identify and act on opportunities. Embed practices that foster long-term sustainability, operational resilience, and service excellence.

Proactively manage risks with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

* Align product roadmaps with business strategy and long-term objectives, especially within enterprise and Oil & Gas industry contexts. Champion technology-driven process improvements through cloud, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives that foster innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
