IT System Engineer

Compensation
: $60-$65/hr (Depending on experience)

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT System Engineer to join their team!

• Manage server, storage, and network infrastructure
• Administer VMware / Hyper‑V environments and ensure performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot system issues and support upgrades, patching, and security
• Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and system reliability
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to maintain uptime

• Strong Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Power Shell)
• Hands‑on VMware or Hyper‑V experience
• Solid infrastructure background (servers, compute, storage, networking)
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Understanding of basic networking (VPNs, firewalls, segmentation)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• SCCM and automation experience
• Advanced Power Shell scripting
• Exposure to compliance/security frameworks
