Seeking a Dynamics 365 ALM / CI-CD Architect with deep expertise in Dev Ops, automation, and release management for D365 (Power Platform & Field Service) to support a critical transformation program. This role will provide hands‑on leadership, solution oversight, and advisory support to stabilize and industrialize the ALM processes for a mission‑critical Field Service solution, ensuring repeatable, automated, and auditable deployments aligned with source control.
Key Responsibilities CI/CD Enablement- Design and operationalize CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub Actions) for build automation, environment deployments, and version consistency across environments.
- Ensure traceability between source control and deployed code, mitigating current quality risks.
- Review current Dev Ops/ALM setup and identify gaps causing SIT instability.
- Provide hands‑on guidance to engineering teams to accelerate readiness before SIT 3.
- Ensure release governance, branching strategy, and environment management standards are established.
- Address critical deployment risks related to code mismatch between environments and manual deployment inconsistencies.
- Implement controls for automated validation, release approvals, and auditability.
- Work closely with client and other project teams.
- Establish standard ALM practices and operating model.
- Drive consistent adoption of CI/CD processes across all stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on CI/CD pipeline usage and environment management.
- Enable teams to become self‑sufficient in ongoing Dev Ops operations.
- 10+ years experience in enterprise applications and Dev Ops.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform ALM.
- Proven experience implementing managed/unmanaged solutions lifecycle, environment strategies (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod), and solution packaging and deployment automation.
- Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops pipelines / Git Hub Actions, Git‑based source control workflows, and release pipelines for low‑code platforms.
- Experience in infrastructure‑as‑code and deployment automation.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service or Connected Field Service (preferred).
- Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise deployments.
