Marathon Pipe Line LLC invites applications for the SCADA Manager position located in Findlay, OH. The SCADA Manager leads a team of ten employees supporting SCADA processes and OT infrastructure for MPL assets.

• Oversee maintenance and upgrade of the SCADA system, including implementing improvements and troubleshooting issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide management and oversight of SCADA projects involving new pipeline assets, automation and controls, power optimization, OT architecture modifications, OT hardware refreshes, and migration of SCADA platforms.
• Administer SCADA controls and OT infrastructure, encompassing communications and networking components, to guarantee efficient and secure operations.
• Enforce compliance with relevant IT, regulatory, and industry standards by conducting regular audits and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate as the IT liaison for system maintenance, facilitating smooth integration of new patches and updates to maintain system stability, integrity and cybersecurity.
• Cultivate the technical skills of the team by providing training and guidance to enhance their ability to perform system maintenance and automation tasks effectively.
• Foster and manage relationships with software vendors who support SCADA and communications systems, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering‑related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of pipeline engineering, pipeline experience or software application management required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
