  • Able to understand the union contracts and labor laws
  • Responsible for SAP time management configuration concepts such as work schedules, quotas
  • Able to design SAP time schema from scratch

  • Responsible for integration with third‑party systems
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to interact with business and various stakeholders to understand the requirement

    • Worked on Success Factors implementation specifically with managing integrations between SAP and SF
