System Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst partners closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions effectively support operational and strategic objectives. This role is focused on enabling the transition from custom‑developed systems to commercially available software by building a strong understanding of business operations and how packaged systems can be configured to support process improvement. The analyst works to understand the business rationale behind change requests, evaluates current and future state processes, and ensures technology investments deliver measurable value.

By translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, this role helps streamline operations, reduce redundancy, and maximize the adoption of standardized systems across the organization.
