We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of a small team of forklift operators within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor team members in a fast‑paced environment. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
, ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

• Supervise and direct forklift operators to meet daily operational targets.
• Safely operate a forklift to move and stack lightweight cans and materials as needed.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and oversee team adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to forklift operators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of inventory and task completion.
• Ensure trailers and equipment are safe to enter before loading.
• Complete correct shipping documentation and system transitions to ensure proper shipment and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure prompt communication with clients, drivers, and guests.

• Minimum of 3 years team lead or supervisory experience
• Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience
• Proficiency in inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.
• Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly and work in varying temperature conditions.
