Valgroup is hiring a Day Shift Operator Assistant to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio
.

• Train to operate a NEW Production Line
• Work 7:30 pm to 7:30 am on a 12-hour 2-2-3 Schedule (Training M-F 8-hour shift)
• This shift allows multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
• Train to become a Skilled Machine Operator
• Learn Recycle machine operations
• Pull and weigh materials
• Learn line start-up and troubleshooting
• Learn to operate forklift
• Assist other projects and work as needed

• Mechanical ability and problem solving
• Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

• Starting pay of $23.00 per hour (1.00 shift premium when moved to nights)
• Plus $0.50 pay increase at 6 months
