Findlay, located in Findlay, OH, is seeking a skilled and safety‑driven Crane Operator to join their second‑shift team. If you have hands‑on experience operating an overhead crane and moving large dies, you’ll step into a critical role safely handling steel coils and heavy materials in a fast‑paced operation that values precision, accountability, and doing the job right.

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move large dies, steel coils, and heavy materials throughout the facility
• Use proper rigging techniques, including chains and C‑hooks, to securely lift and transport loads
• Perform lifts with precision while maintaining strict adherence to all safety procedures and protocols
• Inspect cranes, rigging, and lifting equipment before use and report any issues or concerns
• Coordinate movements with floor personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Accurately position materials to support production and tooling changes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all company policies, OSHA guidelines, and crane certification requirements
• Assist with other material handling tasks as needed, including forklift operation (if trained)
• Support overtime and weekend work when production demands require it
