Are you a CNC Programmer located in Findlay, OH with experience running HAAS CNC machines and working with Mastercam, looking for a hands ‑
on job shop role that offers variety, technical challenge, and strong pay . This position supports custom and short ‑
run manufacturing, where each job brings something different and your skills in programming, setup, and machining are put to real use, not repetitive production.
You’ll work with a range of materials, apply quality ‑
driven machining practices, and collaborate closely with shop leadership in an environment that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (HAAS) for custom and short ‑ run jobs
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mastercam
- Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and finish requirements
- Perform full machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and work holding
- Run parts and monitor machining processes to ensure quality and accuracy
- Complete first article and in ‑ process inspections
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM/vision systems)
- Identify and correct machining, tooling, or setup issues during production
- Follow ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality requirements and documentation practices
- Support general shop operations and maintain organized work areas
