Are you a CNC Programmer located in Findlay, OH with experience running HAAS CNC machines and working with Mastercam, looking for a hands

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (HAAS) for custom and short ‑ run jobs
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mastercam
  • Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and finish requirements
  • Perform full machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and work holding
  • Run parts and monitor machining processes to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Complete first article and in ‑ process inspections
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM/vision systems)
  • Identify and correct machining, tooling, or setup issues during production
  • Follow ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality requirements and documentation practices
  • Support general shop operations and maintain organized work areas
