We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Employment type:
Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership. Pay: $65,000 - $75,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
- Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications.
- Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.).
- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards.
- Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis.
- Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/MES systems.
