Process Engineering Technician - All Shifts

Responsibilitiesarrow_right

* Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes

* Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications

* Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.)

* Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

* Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations

* Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards

* Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis

* Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor

Qualificationsarrow_right

* High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred

* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role

* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment

* Ability to read and follow technical documentation, drawings, and specifications

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/MES systems
