** This role in summary*
* Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a  
** Manufacturing Engineering Analyst
** to fulfill a new role located at the Findlay Manufacturing facility in Findlay, OH. This role will cover day-to-day support for the press and fab areas, along with delivering projects to optimize equipment and processes to deliver plant metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

** Your responsibilities will include*
* + Root cause problem solving for major equipment downtime

+ Eliminate or mitigate safety risks

+ Develop creative ways to reduce equipment scrap

+ Increase equipment output though design changes

+ Analyze data to pinpoint losses and reduce cost

+ Work cross functionally to achieve goals

+ Deliver projects on time to drive continuous improvement

** Minimum requirements*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology

+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience including co-ops and internship

** Preferred skills and experiences*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

+ Project management experience

+ 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

+ WCM (World Class Manufacturing) experience
