- Lead daily team meetings to plan & communicate team activities.
- Coordinate rotation of job assignments for team members.
- Attend daily production meetings and report on status of the area.
- Coordinate the flow of information to and from other areas of the organization.
- Coordinate activities of council coordinators, keeping team members informed and providing input opportunities.
- Assist with direction and training for team members needing skill improvement.
- Ensure administrative duties are completed accurately and timely: uptime reports, production reports, tags, checklists, etc.
- Make decisions with the team regarding quality, safety, and production issues.
- Treat all team members with respect and dignity.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
High School / GED or better.
Preferred Experience2-5 years in manufacturing.
Preferred CertificationsFork Lift / HI LO
