MOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
JOB SUMMARY
TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division.
JOB OVERVIEWResponsible for maintaining any tools with preventative maintenance and repair. Provide a support function for manufacturing and maintenance.
WORK SCHEDULE- 2nd Shift 3:00PM - 11:20PM
- 3rd Shift 11:00PM - 7:20AM

- Journeyman level machinist or mold technician equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be self-motivated, work well independently and have excellent time management skills
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Injection Molding is a plus
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with all members of the team
- Effectively be able to perform general and major mold maintenance.
- Confirm that the completion of mold storage and requirements have been met and maintained.
- Complete preventative maintenance on molds and documentation of the PM.
- Effectively work with metal and non-metals.
- Interpret blue prints, schematics and symbols.
- Understand basic mechanics, lubricants, bearing, pumps and power transmission equipment.
