This position offers a base hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus based on company performance.

• Pick full‑case products for outbound pallets and load DC trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Select unit‑pick items for shipment with speed and accuracy.
• Conduct pallet checks and complete late‑order tasks accurately to keep shipments on track.
• Complete logs accurately – including production records, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and load maps.
• Handle inventory carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality.
• Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
• Train team members with hands‑on guidance and procedure reviews while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
• Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – demonstrating Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
• Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training documents and SOPs.

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
• Food service or warehouse experience preferred
• Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer

• Motorized equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
