Responsibilities- Pick full‑case products for outbound pallets and load DC trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Select unit‑pick items for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct pallet checks and complete late‑order tasks accurately to keep shipments on track.
- Complete logs accurately – including production records, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and load maps.
- Handle inventory carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
- Train team members with hands‑on guidance and procedure reviews while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
- Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – demonstrating Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
- Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training documents and SOPs.
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
- Food service or warehouse experience preferred
- Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer
- None required
- Motorized equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
