Reports To: Production Lead

• $0.65 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 3 p.m. and 7 a.m.

• 8-hour shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd, with a 12‑hour shift option (four days a week)
• 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday
• 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday
• 3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday‑Thursday

• Visually examine each sheet of plastic before stacking on a skid, looking for quality imperfections
• Remove sheet from line and stack on a skid while manually keeping an accurate count
• Complete packaging process: shrink wrap, cut lumber to frame sides and corners, use banding machine to tighten packaging
• Assist with start‑up and shutdown of the line when switching product types (roll changes, die disassembly, cleaning, reassembly)
• Operate and clean grinders as needed
• Operate RF handheld and labeling systems as required
• Use forklift to put away full skids in appropriate locations

• Push, pull, lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for entire shift
• Climb stairs
• Standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, or twisting as required
