Job Description Machine Operator Findlay, Ohio1st Shift 6 am to 2:30 pm $17.50/HR - Paid Weekly

• Operate automated sorting, cleaning, and material handling equipment.
• Inspect reusable pallets, separator sheets, top frames, and containers for quality and damage.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining production flow.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience .
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a production environment with repetitive tasks.
