Ventek operates across 8 manufacturing facilities located in the US and Mexico. Our Mission is to be the premier foam molder and integrated solutions provider in North America, serving a wide range of markets with molded foam components and protective packaging, including returnable and integrated material solutions.
Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 1st Shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm Monday – Friday) at our integrated materials plant in Findlay, OH. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $20.34 / hour. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to Ventek Solutions.
What you’ll do:You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
- Maintain a safe working environment. Safety is your #1 priority.
- Pack boxes according to instructions.
- Removes finished parts from press; visually inspects to assure quality; move parts to designated area.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be able to work in a fast past environment
- Report any quality defects to quality, processing team or supervisor
- Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
- Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.

Must be willing to work overtime (typically Saturday’s only) - Must be able to work in ambient temperatures.
Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
