Spring Line Operator

Duties Include:
- Operate Spring Line Machinery to form OEM hoses for customers
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure consistent hose quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure hoses meet customer and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and earn performance-based incentives.
