The Printing Specialist will do the following: lead and optimize printing and related production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and performance targets;
Provide technical leadership, training, and continuous improvement support across operations, development, and engineering teams;
Partner with Development and Production to launch new products and optimize machine performance;
Identify and implement process improvements with Production and Engineering teams;
Investigate nonconformances, customer concerns, and returns; and implement corrective actions;
Monitor equipment condition and maintenance need to ensure optimal performance;
Support Lamination and Clicheria operations with technical guidance and operator training. Evaluate raw materials and new inputs, conduct testing and validation;
Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety standards.
- Associate degree in Printing Technology or related field.
- 24 months of experience in Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated knowledge in industrial printing processes such as flexographic or rotogravure, or similar. Demonstrated knowledge of Process optimization and continuous improvement, such as Lean, root cause analysis. Demonstrated knowledge in machine setup, troubleshooting, performance analysis Lamination, and plate (Clicheria) processes.
