Are you a science or engineering enthusiast who loves telling compelling stories? Do you enjoy translating technical ideas into engagement and influence with people who develop next generation materials and products?

Endurica is looking for an early career marketer who is excited about science, engineering, and business impact—and eager to help grow a specialized brand across digital and in-person channels.

In this role, you’ll help shape and amplify the Endurica brand through a variety of marketing channels:

• Create and manage content across website and social media platforms (Linked In, X, You Tube, etc.)
• Support and manage logistics for webinars
  —from promotion to follow-up
• Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows and industry events
• Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing content
• Collaborate with engineers and technical experts to capture insights and stories
• Monitor engagement metrics, maintain CRM marketing database and suggest improvements to campaigns
• Help maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels

We’re seeking someone who blends curiosity, creativity, and technical interest:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in science, engineering, or technology
• Top notch writing and communication skills
• Comfort learning and explaining technical topics
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-growing environment

• Internship or project experience in marketing or science/tech communication
• Experience with tools like SuiteCRM, Mautic, Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or webinar platforms
• Experience leveraging AI to multiply effectiveness and productivity
