Member Duties :
Serving as the Volunteer Coordination Specialist, the VISTA member will build capacity to recruit and retain more volunteers. Volunteers facilitate construction and repair services for low to moderate income families, as well as grow the volunteer base for the ReStore. The VISTA member will build on the existing foundational work to improve volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition across all programs of Habitat for Humanity of Findlay/Hancock County.

This is an ideal position for someone organized, good at scheduling and time management, and someone creative and passionate about events and other recognition opportunities. Benefits include a monthly $200 housing stipend to supplement living costs.
