Center Supervisor

Job Description

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non‑conforming events
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

Hourly Wage Range: $22.80 – $31.35

Actual wage may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The wage offered will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements.
