Job Description
At Bio Life we offer a truly part‑time position focused on plasma donation screening and phlebotomy. Shifts typically range from 4 to 6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain a safe environment for all team members.
- Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement changes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Capacity to lift up to 5 lb. routinely and occasionally up to 32 lb. (rarely 50 lb.).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Ability to comply with safety protocols for potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level 1), which requires prolonged glove wear for 90% of tasks.
- One or more years of minimum experience in a customer‑ or patient‑facing role is helpful.

Hourly Wage: $16.00 (subject to local minimum wage)
