Overview:
Blanchard Valley Urology Associates, part of the esteemed Blanchard Valley Health System, is seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner with experience in urology or gynecology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and coordinate outpatient urologic care for adult patients in a busy clinical setting.
• Handle a patient caseload of approximately 15-20 per clinic day, including new and returning patients.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, medications, and recovery processes.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and laboratory results effectively.
• Conduct occasional inpatient rounding as needed to support comprehensive patient care.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately within the Cerner/Oracle Health EMR system, utilizing AI-assisted tools to enhance documentation efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with advances in urology care and clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with all institutional policies, regulatory standards, and quality metrics.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification.
• Minimum of [X] years of relevant clinical experience in urology or gynecology.
• Proven ability to independently manage patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner or Oracle Health.

• Availability for full-time employment; no part-time or locum placements.
• Candidates must have relevant experience; recent graduates are not eligible.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
