Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 annually (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU Bonus: $26.00 per wRVU (uncapped)
• Signing Bonus: $5,000
• CME & Certification: $3,500 allowance

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care from pregnancy through postpartum
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in outpatient clinics
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to obstetrics and gynecology
• Counsel and educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and wellness topics
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Support patients through prenatal, labor, and postpartum phases
• Participate in a shared weekend call rotation to support OB hospitalist services

What You Need

• Valid Board Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license in Ohio or eligible
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a CNM; new graduates not accepted
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well autonomously and in team settings
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks
