Job Description

OnSite Partners, LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to perform lawn care tasks and maintenance work. During the lawn care months, the focus will be on maintaining landscaping at company sites around the state of Ohio with additional tasks throughout the week. During the other months of the year, this individual will support maintenance projects, inventory efforts and miscellaneous support tasks.

There will be opportunities to learn new skills in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and other lawn care and landscaping activities.
• Operate a variety of grounds/grounds maintenance tools and equipment safely, including zero-turn, riding, walk-behind mowers and other powered lawn care equipment
• Perform any additional routine cleaning and maintenance on property as requested as needed or directed
• Assists in maintaining tools and equipment and ensures that they are in proper working order, requests replacements as necessary, and assists in stocking inventory
• Works alongside maintenance personnel to support operational and project objectives during periods of reduced workload within primary responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Workplace and equipment safety
• Ability to use basic tools
• Ability to support documentation of activities
• Lawn maintenance techniques and equipment operation
• Valid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements

• Work outdoors in varying working conditions, including heat, cold, rain and other common outdoor hazards.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions.
• Lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Repeatedly operate hand and power equipment.
• Perform physically demanding work throughout the workday.
• Regular travel will be required, but overnight stays are not expected.
