Intern/Co-Op – Corporate Real Estate (Summer 2026)

Position at Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Findlay, Ohio. This internship is part of the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management (CRE/FM) organization, supporting the enterprise domestically and internationally in real estate and facility management tasks.

• Work daily with Real Estate Coordinators and Field Representatives to provide commercial and analytical support.
• Support lease administration, including review of title commitments and due diligence.
• Assist in data analysis and financial reporting.
• Own the deed restriction review and reporting process.
• Participate in project management around the office complex.

• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Real Estate or a related discipline for the duration of the internship.
• Strong academic performance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time indefinite basis without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Military experience is a plus.

Findlay, OH. Travel up to 10% may be required.
