At the heart of every exceptional dining experience is a clean and organized kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you are an essential part of our culinary team and play a key role in delivering on our promise “To care for you on our journey together.”

We are seeking an engaged, dependable, and fast-paced team member who takes pride in supporting others. This position requires someone who thrives in a high-volume, fine dining environment, can work independently in tight spaces, and maintains focus and efficiency during peak service times.

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, prep equipment, and barware to the highest standards
• Inspect items for cleanliness and quality; rewash or take corrective action when necessary
• Maintain an organized dish area, ensuring steady flow and readiness for service
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Properly sort and store all cleaned items in a safe, secure, and organized manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas, including surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Support the culinary team as needed to ensure smooth service operations
• Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Comfortable working independently in close quarters and tight spaces
• High attention to detail and organization
• Engaged team player who contributes to a positive kitchen culture
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, pivot, and stoop repeatedly for extended periods, including lift, lower, and maneuver up to 50 lbs frequently
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
